Risk assessment is based on convenient reports that record user behavior, engagement levels, and vulnerability trends. These reports allow risks to be analyzed at both the individual and departmental levels, making it possible to more accurately identify areas for further training and strengthening cyber hygiene.
An important component of the platform is support for vishing simulations. This is especially relevant given the development of AI technologies that can be used for voice synthesis, imitation of human interaction, and scaling telephone-based attacks.
The solution supports scenario customization. For campaigns, scenarios can be duplicated and edited, and the language, difficulty level, attacker profile, and content context can be changed. The target language of a scenario can be adjusted so that it is delivered in campaigns according to the language of the employees targeted by the attack.
