With the rise of hybrid work models in 2025, establishing secure remote administrative access has shifted from being a niche capability to a fundamental business need. As highlighted by the CEO of CoreWin in the article “How to Establish Reliable Remote Administrator Access in a Corporate Network: A Practical Approach for 2025”, the use of improvised ad-hoc tools, VPN clients running persistently on personal devices, and unmanaged open RDP sessions exposes organizations to serious security risks.
ConnectPro was developed to address these challenges. It is a platform that provides centralized, transparent, and controlled remote access. It allows companies to move away from risky temporary solutions, implement administrator activity auditing, and minimize risks to critical systems.
However, there are situations where quick, one-time access is needed without installing a permanent agent. Quick Help Agent is the optimal solution for cases where installing the standard agent is impossible or undesirable. It enables remote connections to be established quickly and without additional barriers, which is especially important in scenarios where speed and convenience of support are critical.
This tool is useful in many practical situations:
- when you provide services to a customer who does not agree to have additional software installed on their computer;
- when it is necessary to promptly assist an employee of a third-party organization without interfering with their system;
- when there is no need or possibility to install any software on the remote computer or server, but it is important to ensure fast connection.
In all such cases, Quick Help becomes a universal solution that allows efficient organization of remote support without unnecessary complexity. It is a convenient and secure way to provide assistance where traditional agents are not suitable.
Note: Quick Help Agent can only be run on devices where the standard ConnectPro Agent is not installed.
Remote connection instructions using Quick Help:
1. Make sure that the TCP port is free and that the enterprise network edge router redirects this port to the ConnectPro server.
2. In the Quick Help section of the ConnectPro console, click the Download Quick Help Agent link, configure the server IP address, and copy the generated file.

3. Send the generated file to the user you want to connect to and obtain the four-digit session ID from them (it will be displayed once the user launches the agent).

4. Click the Connect button.

5. Enter the previously obtained four-digit session ID.

Once these steps are completed, the remote session window will launch.
