Axence has introduced several updates to its remote support solution, ConnectPro.
ConnectPro is designed to facilitate secure and intuitive remote connections to users’ computers, offering capabilities such as file and process management, as well as chat-based communication. The tool also includes a Quick Help feature, which allows users to initiate remote sessions without installing a permanent agent.
Recent enhancements to ConnectPro include:
- the addition of a screen cover option during remote access,
- support for custom HTML messages displayed to users whose screens are covered during a remote session,
- improved automatic reconnection functionality in the event of a disrupted remote session.
Additionally, ConnectPro is now available free of charge for one year, regardless of the organization’s size.
