This functionality is also essential for ITSM processes, particularly Incident Management and Problem Management. As a result, it offers a more comprehensive view of network events and contributes to more efficient administrative decision-making.

nVision 17 introduces multiple enhancements aimed at reducing time spent on repetitive operations. The ability to create similar assets from existing ones proves especially beneficial in environments where large hardware deployments occur frequently. The updated PowerShell command line significantly simplifies system administration, reducing both the effort and the time required for daily tasks. Additionally, the system now includes an option to archive multiple HelpDesk messages with a single click.

Regulatory compliance and enhanced security

The latest version of nVision strengthens security measures and facilitates compliance with legal requirements. In alignment with the Whistleblower Protection Act, a dedicated page has been added to allow anonymous reporting of violations, fully compliant with the applicable legal framework. Another noteworthy addition is the expanded alarm functionality, which—as of version 17—can also monitor user activity outside standard working hours. This enhancement is particularly important due to the potential risk of data leakage by employees.
