Axence ConnectPro® is a software solution that runs on the client’s server. Firstly, the system works in any network configuration and integrates with Active Directory. Quick Help is a functionality designed to support users who do not have the ConnectPro agent installed on their devices. All you need to do is generate a Quick Help agent, then send it to the user and connect with a one-time code. Easy, fast and efficient.

Easy communication and prioritization
ConnectPro’s chat rooms allow users to quickly report any issues, while IT can effectively manage multiple requests and workloads. Attaching files or screenshots is easy. The system provides a full range of options for interacting with the entire IT department rather than just a single administrator, which helps to respond to requests faster and more efficiently.
One-click remote access
When the agent is present on a user’s machine, it maintains an active connection, enabling instant remote access with a single click. If necessary, ConnectPro requests permission to connect. The connection is made without restrictions on channels or sessions. The solution is built on Axence’s trusted and secure technology, refined over more than two decades of development.
Computer status and configuration
The agent on each workstation sends information about the hardware configuration, system, and installed software in the background. It displays information about memory capacity, CPU utilization, SMART status of drives, system configuration, startup commands, local Windows user accounts, groups, network resources, task scheduler, and many other parameters. There is no need to wait for diagnostics because the user did not have an opportunity to provide remote access to the station. ConnectPro also makes it possible to help users who do not have an agent installed on their workstation. This functionality is made possible through the Quick Help feature, which enables fast connections using a one-time access code.
Remote management
Remote access can be established without disrupting the user’s workflow. It allows file management and bidirectional transfers, system registry editing, process and service control, and remote execution of any commands, including PowerShell scripts.
