In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (ЗУ “Про захист персональних даних”) , by filling out the registration form “Subscribe to News” (by clicking “Subscribe”), sending personal data to receive a price offer or purchase software products / services, you confirm that you have read this privacy policy of CoreWin and agree to the processing of the submitted data.

We hope that you have really read it and agree that CoreWin and all employees of the company have the right to transfer your personal data and provide access to it to third parties without any additional notifications. At the same time, only in cases provided for by this Privacy Policy and/or the legislation of Ukraine, without changing the purpose of their processing/storage.

Compliance with the regulations for processing personal data in the course of ensuring the supply of ordered software products and services in full and of proper quality.

The amount of personal data

When purchasing software products and services, as well as filling out registration forms on the corewin.ua website, you provide your personal data for processing: name, address, phone number, e-mail, banking information, etc. We receive this data only from persons who have provided it knowingly and voluntarily.

The purpose of collecting personal data

The main purpose is to identify individuals or legal entities that purchase software products from CoreWin or fill out a form to receive newsletters from the website.

We may process your personal data for the following purposes (one by one or in a combo version):

• identification of the partner company when issuing a price quota from our software or service vendor
• identification of the end user of the software product
• shipment of software or provision of services
• for other purposes that will help to fulfill the request of a partner or end user of software products or services
• to prevent and investigate fraud and other misuse

Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell, transfer or distribute to third parties any personal data obtained on our company’s website without your prior consent.

Data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases:

• provided for by the legislation of Ukraine
• to prevent criminal acts or damage to us or third parties
• transferring data to suppliers of the software products you have ordered
• transferring data to CoreWin’s contractors who provide technical support or services for the implementation of the software products or services you have ordered

Storage of personal data

All personal data is stored:

• In automated systems and hard copies at: 11b, Yevhen Sverstyuk St., Kyiv 02002, office 521-523.
• In automated storage facilities of Microsoft. CoreWin uses the Office365 mail server and OneDrive storage server. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• In the automated cloud storages of WiseTeam (UAB “Integris”) in accordance with their Privacy Policy, requirements and standards of the European Union (GDPR).
• Subscription form data is stored in SendPulse’s automated systems. The level of data retention meets the requirements of both Ukrainian legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) program of the European Union (SendPulse Privacy Policy).
• We also use Google forms for event registration and surveys. Google Inc stores data in accordance with their Privacy Policy and their services are GDPR compliant.
